Feel the comfort of warm Mutton Aloo Keema, one of the Pakistani favorites that mixes tender minced mutton and soft heavenly potatoes in a lightly-spiced curry. It is a classic meal that every household enjoys and it is ideal with weekday dinners and family dinner as well as special occasions.
Our solution starts with high quality halal mutton mince that are well grinded to ensure the right texture. We sautee the keema with golden onions, fresh ginger-garlic paste along with a balanced and congruous combination of old world spices that include the likes of turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chili powder. The aromatic flavours are communicated to the potatoes through the process of simmering as they cook together with the meat and results in a rich substantial curry with the pleasant bite to it.
What is wonderful about Mutton Aloo Keema is that it could be enjoyed with fluffy chapati, or with butter naan or with steamed basmati rice. It is good on its own, either dried to have roti wraps or a bit saucy to have a more decadent dish. Each bite delivers the comfort food flavor of home cooked food that has to simmer.
Our own version is rather made by old-fashioned cooking techniques in order to preserve the authenticity of the tastes and make this dish nutritious and healthy at the same time. No preservatives or added oils; only pure natural goodness and flavour you will be able to depend on.
