Mutton Paya - Tin Pack

Taste the unaccounted comfort and tradition of Mutton Paya, one of the most familiar dishes in the history of the Pakistan cuisine. Essentially slow- simmered halal mutton trotters, the delicacy is well known and often discussed regarding the gelatinous texture, and highly fragrant broth.
We use well-cleaned mutton paya and boil down with onion, garlic, ginger and our spicy blend of spices. The natural collagen released during this slow cooking process makes the soup base extraordinarily smooth and nutritious with the aroma of spices that are natural to the earth such as black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. Some turmeric and red chili bring some color and warmth to the dish, and nature provides an irresistibly big flavour with the marrow of the bones entering the curry through the bones.
What you get is a golden and aromatic broth that is full of tender meat falling off of the bone and that is to be served with a hot naan, khameeri roti or plain steamed rice. Mutton Paya is more than a dish in Pakistan; it is a representation of family feasts, winter warmth and wholesomeness.

Halal mutton trotters, onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, salt, cooking oil, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies.

Storage Instructions:
Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Heating Instructions:

1. Put the tin in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Open the tin with easy opener.
3. Pour food in a pan, mix, and heat for 2 minutes.
4. The food is ready to serve.
