    Wonderous Pakistani, enjoy succulent chicken morsels in a delicious swirl of spice and spice: Chicken Achari Karahi, a zingy marriage of tender chicken and the heady aroma of achar (pickle) spices. The dish will bring out the rustic majority of street food goodness right to your dinner table and served through a steaming hot karahi.

    That begins with fresh halal chicken, cut into juicy bites and cooked along with ripe tomatoes, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. At the core will be our own unique achari masala which consists of finely roasted fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cumin, nigella seeds and coriander, and is simply ground so the aroma sets in. This blend of spices gives the chicken an irresistible tang that goes very well with the sweet flavor of tomatoes and pungent spice of fresh chilies.

    The dish is finished with a teaspoon of lemon drizzled over and fresh coriander leaves to counterbalance the spice with freshness. The end product is an invigorating, spicy karahi which could be used with naan or tandoori roti, or steamed rice.

    As compared to the traditional karahi recipes, Chicken Achari Karahi provides you with that additional smack: the flavour of homemade pickle, without the pungency, which is oil. With every bite, you get comfort and excitement.

    Halal chicken, tomatoes, onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, coriander seeds, lemon juice, cooking oil, salt, and fresh coriander.
