We make our Chicken Biryani using the high quality halal chicken that has been marinated in yogurt and a carefully selected list of spices such as cumin, and coriander, garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. It makes the meat savory and tender, trapping them into the meat with this marination. The chicken is then piled with aromatic semi-cooked basmati rice, caramelized onions, milk flavored with saffron and garnished with fresh herbs and is gently steamed ( dum style ) to perfection.
It becomes a layered masterpiece and the tender chicken amid fluffy golden grains of the rice is just one of the perfect formulas in terms of spice, smell, and texture. It is not only big in flavors, but balanced too, making the biryani the ultimate dining centerpiece that is popular every family dinner, festival, or a simple weekend treat.
Ingredients:
Halal chicken, basmati rice, yogurt, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, saffron, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cloves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, and cooking oil.
