Buying jam in a shop is easy. You pick up the jar, read the label and take it to the counter. Buying it online asks for a little more trust. You can't turn the jar over, you can't check the date, and you may worry about whether a glass jar will arrive in one piece.
Here's how to buy fruit jam online in Pakistan, step by step, so you know what to check before you pay.
Step 1: Choose your flavour
Most online jam shops offer a handful of flavours. Ours offers four:
| If you want… | Choose |
|---|---|
| The taste of mango all year round | Mango Jam |
| A mild flavour for children's lunchboxes | Apple Jam |
| A citrus bite with some bitterness from the peel | Orange Jam |
| One jar that suits everyone | Mixed Fruit Jam (apple, pineapple and papaya) |
If you're not sure, pick the flavour your family eats most often, and try a second one next time.
Step 2: Choose the size
Jam usually comes in a smaller and a larger jar. Our jams come in 200 g and 400 g glass jars.
A bigger jar costs less per 100 g, but jam should be refrigerated and used within a set period after opening. Choose a size you will finish. A smaller jar you use up is better value than a large one that goes to waste. To compare prices fairly, divide the price by the weight and multiply by 100. For example, a 200 g jar at Rs 275 is Rs 137.50 per 100 g.
For more on prices, read our guide to fruit jam price in Pakistan.
Step 3: Read the label and the product page
This is the step that matters most when you can't hold the jar. A good online seller shows the full details on the page. Check for:
The first ingredient. Fruit or fruit pulp should come first. If sugar leads the list, you're mostly buying sugar.
The full ingredient list. Look for preservatives, colours and flavouring. Most commercial jams contain a preservative, and a good seller names it.
The nutrition panel. Jam is a sweet spread, so expect it to be high in sugar. Compare per 100 g.
The packaging. Is it a sealed glass jar, or something else?
Halal information. If it matters to you, ask for the certification details.
Who the seller is. Is there an address, a phone number and a WhatsApp line?
Our product pages show the ingredients, the nutrition per 100 g, the sealed glass jar, and our Lahore address and contact details. Our jams are halal certified, with documentation available on request, and they contain a food preservative, which is listed in the ingredients. For a broader checklist, see how to choose the best jam.
Step 4: Check the price and the total cost
The price on the page is not always what you pay.
Look at the price per jar, and see whether there is a size difference between jars. Check the delivery charge, which is calculated at checkout on our site, and whether there is a minimum order or a free-delivery limit. Confirm whether cash on delivery is available.
Our jams start from Rs 275 for a 200 g jar of Mango, Apple or Orange Jam, and Rs 280 for Mixed Fruit Jam. The 400 g jar works out cheaper per 100 g; see each product page for the current price.
Step 5: Check delivery and returns
Before you pay, find out when it will arrive and what happens if something is wrong.
Our product pages state delivery across Pakistan in 2 to 4 days, and a 14-day replacement or refund promise: if the product isn't what we promised, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days.
Jam arrives in glass, so ask how it is packed. We pack each glass jar carefully to protect it in transit.
Step 6: Pay the way you prefer
Cash on delivery means you pay when the parcel arrives, so you can check it before handing over money. We offer cash on delivery on our product pages. Other payment methods are listed at checkout.
Step 7: Check your order when it arrives
Open the parcel and look at the jar. Check that the lid seal is intact, the label is clear, the jar isn't cracked, and the best-before date is printed. If something is wrong, message the seller straight away, and keep the packaging and a photo.

Prices far below everyone else. It isn't proof of anything, but ask why before you pay.
No address, phone number or WhatsApp. You should be able to reach a real person.
No returns information. A good seller says what happens if something is wrong.
Claims that can't be checked. Words like "100% natural" with no ingredient list tell you nothing.
