Buying olive oil online is harder than buying it in a shop, because you can’t smell it or turn the bottle over. So we put the information in front of you instead.
Every bottle shows its grade, its date and where it comes from, so you can decide with the label in front of you.

A larger bottle costs less per millilitre, but olive oil fades once opened, so choose a size you’ll finish within the period printed on the label.
How to use it
Raw is best for Extra Virgin. Drizzle it on salad, roti, paratha, salan, daal, raita or hummus. Heat softens the aroma, so for the fullest flavour, add it at the end of the dish.
Light cooking. Extra virgin olive oil is suitable for light and medium-heat cooking, such as sautéing.
Frying and baking. Use Extra Light. It has a mild, neutral taste and handles higher heat better than extra virgin.

Olive oil usually arrives in glass, so how it’s packed matters. We pack each glass bottle to protect it in transit.
Store it well
Keep the bottle tightly closed, in a cool, dry cupboard away from the stove and direct sunlight. Use it within the period printed on the label after opening.
