Mutton Korma – Traditional Pakistani Curry with Tender Mutton
Pakistani and Mughlai cuisine is famed around the world due to the Mutton Korma which has been one of the most popular dishes characterized by rich, aromatic and royal taste. The dish is a mixture of soft chunks of quality mutton and the gravy of yogurt and onions and a finely hand-picked few spices cooked at a slow rate.
Korma originated in the royal kitchens of the Mughal culinary team and was therefore thought of as a delicacy to the king and his dignitaries. It has remained a focal point of weddings, get-togethers and family dinner in Pakistan today. We maintain that taste in our recipe, but make it user-friendly and ready-to-eat.
